Bhai, exactly my thoughts! 5 Cr is a huge amount, especially for a first-time investor. Dubai se manage karna aur bhi tricky hai. Is Gurgaon market ready for so many high-value resales in 5-7 years? I'm also looking at something similar near Airport Road, and liquidity is my main fear. What if the market dips?
