2.5 years of waiting for Sobha Crescent, and honestly, the delivery was a bit of a shocker. Builder ka track record always looks good on paper, but ground reality alag hoti hai. Investors, how do you manage these delays for ROI? Did anyone else experience this with Sobha? Change my mind about their delivery promises.
