What's the experience with Sobha Dream Acres in Varthur? I just checked out a video of a 2 BHK there, and the amenities looked really decent. It's near Whitefield, which works for me. But I'm honestly so concerned about project delivery times. Does Sobha usually stick to their promised possession dates for semi-luxury flats like these? Would love to hear if anyone's had issues.

Just watched a walkthrough of the Sobha Dream Acres demo flat in Bengaluru. It looks pretty decent, definitely spacious for the segment they're aiming for. My big question with these projects is always about actual delivery. Builder reputation helps, but I'm really concerned about possession timelines. Anyone here bought into Sobha Dream Acres or another Sobha project recently? Did they stick to the schedule, or were there typical delays?
