Sobha Insignia: Is the premium justified for actual delivery?

Kundalahalli area mein properties dekh raha hoon, but Sobha Insignia kaafi interesting lag raha hai. Currently, I'm in a 2BHK near Marathahalli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a villa. Already have a home loan, so har extra rupee ka value chahiye. Sobha Insignia mein amenities aur construction quality ko lekar thoda confused hoon. Brochure mein toh sab amazing lagta hai, but actual delivery mein kitna difference hota hai? My current society mein, swimming pool toh bas showpiece hai, kabhi clean hi nahi rehta. Plus, walls mein cracks bhi aa gaye the within a year. Is the premium for Sobha projects worth it for build quality and truly usable amenities? Yaar, is it just a marketing gimmick for most builders?
