Sobha International City: Are the resale promises a myth?
Sobha International City – I'm seriously questioning the resale claims on this one. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, looking to upgrade to a villa, and this project keeps popping up, but the numbers don't add up. The prices are insane, ₹8.43 Cr–₹19.65 Cr, and I'm trying to see the long-term ROI. Builders always talk about capital appreciation, but what's the *actual* resale market like for these villas? I've heard from a few brokers about slow movement and high maintenance leading to poor rental yields. It feels like getting stuck with a high-value asset that's tough to offload. Is the liquidity really that bad? My current 2BHK gives a decent return, but for this kind of investment, I need solid exit potential. Anyone else feel like the appreciation potential is overhyped, or faced issues trying to sell?
