Kya Sobha International City ka clubhouse ab ready hai? Just saw a video showing their 'world-class facilities' and the swimming pool. Looks impressive, honestly. But I'm seriously worried about possession timelines for projects in Gurugram. Has anyone here bought from Sobha before, especially in this area? What's their track record like for meeting deadlines? Bohut important hai yeh.
