Sobha International City Sohna mein actually rehna kaisa hai, ya bas paper pe hi high-end lagta hai? I'm in a 2BHK now, thinking of upgrading to a villa there. Price ₹6.28 Cr+ hai, so the premium needs justification. Neighbourhood quality, schools, markets nearby – how are they? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya thoda isolated? Maintenance charges bhi bata do. I need a real home, not just a fancy address. What's your honest take?

Yaar, I think the original poster needs to weigh what's more important: a massive villa in a slightly remote, but high-quality complex, or a smaller place closer to amenities. It's a tough call for first-time upgraders. No easy answer here, depends on personal priorities.
I heard the water situation in Sohna can be tricky sometimes. Is that true for Sobha International City also? For such a premium property, that would be a deal-breaker for me, can't compromise on basic utilities.
U13, water issue is a general Sohna problem, not specific to Sobha. Builders usually have their own solutions (borewells, STP), but it's always a concern in that area. Best to check with current residents directly about their daily experience.
Dekho, Sobha ka quality no doubt accha hai. But Sohna as a location for daily commute, especially if you work in Cyber Hub, can be a nightmare. Current market conditions in Gurugram are very competitive, you can find good options closer to the city for similar or slightly lesser prices if you compromise on the villa size or go for a penthouse.
Bhai, Sobha International City ka vibe kaafi exclusive hai. Main ek friend ke through visit kiya tha. Gardens, amenities sab top-notch hain, but kids ke liye jo spontaneous outdoor play hota hai, woh thoda missing lagega, you'd rely mostly on the club facilities. Thoda isolated feel ho sakta hai agar aapko bustling market pasand hai. Schools toh nearby hain but not walking distance, so daily drops are a thing.
Maintenance ₹18-22k? That's a lot! My current 2BHK in Baliawas is less than half of that. Is it worth it for the facilities, ya bas naam ka paisa hai?
U8 aur U10, you guys are right. The project is completed (Possession date: 2018-08-01), so no RERA delays, which is a big plus for Sobha. But the price point (₹6.3 Cr – ₹6.5 Cr) is definitely for a niche market. Total units 479 hain, so it's not a huge township. Maintenance charge last I heard was around ₹18-22k for a villa, depends on size. Club membership extra hoga.
Exactly! Exclusive toh hai, but family ke liye thoda dull ho sakta hai. Mere cousin ne wahan ek plot liya tha 2015 mein, usne bhi yahi bola. Kids ke liye activities ka kya scene hai wahan? Club facilities ke alawa kuch hai kya?
Yaar, 6.28 Cr+ for Sohna? Yeh toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. Kya sach mein worth it hai? Main toh Gurgaon mein 2BHK dhoond raha hoon, budget 1 Cr ke aas paas hai. Sohna ka connectivity kaisa hai, especially during peak hours?
But Sobha hai toh quality toh hogi na? Builder ka naam toh hai. Aur possession bhi 2018 ka hai, toh ready-to-move hai. Shayad isliye price high hai. Maintenance charges pata hain kisi ko? Woh bhi toh add honge monthly.
Sahi kaha bhai, connectivity is the main issue. Sirf paper pe achha lagta hai. Airport Road side se toh bahut door hai yeh. Main khud ek property dekhne gaya tha Badshahpur ke paas, udhar bhi yahi haal tha, commute killed the deal.
