Whitefield — I'm constantly seeing projects there, and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. My landlord just hiked rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Been looking at Sobha Manhattan Towers on Sarjapur Road. Everyone glorifies Sobha's quality, but I'm trying to get a real picture. Okay, I'll say what no one says: does Sobha *really* live up to the hype once you're living there? I need actual word-of-mouth from residents, not just marketing. Are the societies well-maintained years after possession, or do they just hand over and disappear? What's the *real* vibe like for end-users? Is it worth the premium, especially with traffic around Sarjapur? Disagree? Tell me why.
