Sobha Neopolis Phase 1 actually family ke liye kaisa hai? Kids ke school aur daily needs ke liye nearby options kaise hain? Brochure mein layouts bade lagte hain, but carpet area efficiency real mein kitni hai? Is it genuinely livable for a 3BHK upgrade? My wife's priority is a safe, practical home.
