I've visited a couple of Sobha projects before, and the construction quality is usually top-notch. That's a big plus point. However, the maintenance charges are also usually on the higher side. Something to factor into your budget. Also, the video shows a sample flat, the actual unit might feel smaller. Always check the carpet area carefully.
