Sobha Rivana location: Worth the hype, guys?

Came across this video of Sobha Rivana in Noida Extension, Sector 1. Looks pretty good, especially the connectivity they're talking about – FNG, NH24, metro... sab nazdeek hai. Also, Yatharth Hospital aur D-Mart bhi paas mein hi hain. Is the location actually as convenient as they show? Anyone living nearby who can confirm? I'm mainly interested in the school situation for my kids. Kya scene hai schools ka around there?
