Sobha Royal Pavilion Phase 8 keeps coming up. Property deals mein rehta hoon, but khud ke liye buying is different, yaar. Clubhouse facilities actually use hote hain kya, ya sirf showpiece? Green areas ka kya scene hai? Real open space hai ya sirf naam ke liye?
