Sobha Royal Pavilion owners, what's your real-world experience?
Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed with property hunting for a bigger place. My wife's priority is a safe environment and good schools nearby for the kids. We're looking at a 3BHK, maybe something like Sobha Royal Pavilion Phase 4. Heard stories about promised amenities not being fully ready or looking different post-possession. Also worried about construction quality – cracks, seepage after a year or two. Anyone living there? How's the actual experience? Were amenities delivered as promised? What about the build quality after a year? We need a genuine home for the family.
