Saw a recent video on Sobha Royal Pavilion, got me thinking about Phase 8 Wing 15. I'm looking at a 3 BHK, around 1490 sqft, in the Bengaluru Sarjapur Road area. Does anyone here think it's still a strong investment for future appreciation? Wondering about rental yield too. Is the current pricing fair for long-term returns?

Sobha Royal Pavilion P8? Hmm, for 2.6 Cr to 4.6 Cr, that's a steep price for Sarjapur Road, even for Sobha. Long-term investment ke liye toh rental yield bhi dekhna padega. Kya lagta hai, is it really worth it?
Exactly my thoughts! Sarjapur is already quite developed, and appreciation might not be as explosive as some other emerging areas. Plus, a 3 BHK at 1490 sqft
