Yaar, ye Sobha Royal Pavilion P8 ka naam sunte hi darr lagne lagta hai. Ongoing project hai, possession date 2026-06-01 hai, pata nahi time pe milega bhi ya nahi. Mera toh budget tight hai, koi delay afford nahi kar sakta. Security aur utilities toh baad ki baat hai, pehle project complete ho jaaye.
