Sobha Sector 1 Noida Extension - Legit or Not?

Guys, I saw this video review of Sobha's new project in Sector 1, Greater Noida West. Looks pretty good, especially the river-themed landscaping and those big balconies! They're saying it's like 14,500 per sqft. Thoda expensive lag raha hai, but Sobha is a reputed builder, right? Anyone invested in Sobha projects before? Or know anything about this area? Is it worth the price premium, ya Noida mein aur options bhi dekhun?
