Sobha Sentosa Phase 1 Wing 7

Just moved into Sobha Sentosa Phase 1 Wing 7 a couple of months back. Honestly, the finishings looked good initially, but I'm already seeing minor wall cracks near the windows. Bhai, is this normal for new construction? Everyone glorifies these big builders, but nobody talks about the actual construction quality reality after possession. My tenant is already complaining about a small seepage issue in the bathroom. I thought a premium project means less headache. Also, these fancy clubhouses aur sports facilities, are they really boosting resale value for an investor? Or just increasing maintenance charges? I feel like most amenities are just for show, not actual daily use. Change my mind.

₹2.28 Cr for Sobha Sentosa Phase 1 Wing 7... it's a big investment, no? I'm currently in a 2BHK near Marathahalli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK for more space for the family. Is this project genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas paper pe acha lag raha hai? Amenities jaise pool, gym... woh sab actually useful hain ya bas show-off? Aur neighbourhood kaisa hai, schools aur markets aas paas hain kya? Already home loan hai, so this EMI jump needs to be worth it for the actual living experience.
