Sobha ki quality generally achhi hoti hai, that's what I've heard. But delays? Oh, absolutely. My cousin booked in Sobha Windsor near Whitefield, unko 6 months late mila tha. Sentosa mein 2.0 Cr – 2.4 Cr ka range hai, itna bada investment hai, toh late nahi hona chahiye yaar.
