Kya Sobha Silicon Oasis mein actual possession experience smooth tha? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, aur Sobha Silicon Oasis ki price range (₹1.99 Cr–₹4.30 Cr) mein dekh raha hoon. Brochure toh sab achha dikhata hai, but completed projects mein bhi issues sunne ko milte hain. Builder ne kya kya promise kiya tha, aur actual handover pe kya mila? Did anyone face major hidden charges ya unexpected issues right after moving in? Maintenance charges ka bhi real figure bata do please. Is it genuinely a good home for daily living, ya sirf paper pe achha hai? Aur community vibe kaisi hai wahan?
