Okay I'll be honest — currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK. Sobha Silicon Oasis dekh raha hoon, but is the premium price worth it for daily living? How are the amenities, are they actually useful ya just for show? Aur community vibe kaisi hai? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain usually? Already home loan hai, so har paisa matter karta hai.

Amenities bahut kam use hoti hain daily basis pe. Focus on carpet area and location. Sobha is good but sometimes overhyped.
Totally agree, I'm also looking for a 3BHK and the premium for amenities feels like a trap. I'm worried about maintenance too. Mera bhi home loan chal raha hai, every penny counts. Daily use mein gym aur pool kitna hi kaam aate hain?
Bhai, premium price toh Sobha ka tag hi hai, but Silicon Oasis mein 2 Cr se 4.3 Cr, that's a huge range. Amenities ke naam pe sab extra charge karte hain. Have you checked other projects in that range? Mujhe toh laga overrated hai.
