Sobha Silicon Oasis: Any appreciation left for investors?

Everyone always talks about Sobha's quality, but what about the actual long-term appreciation for completed projects like Silicon Oasis? I'm looking at a 2BHK there, around ₹2.1 Cr. The pre-launch prices were way lower, right? I'm worried the upside's already gone. What kind of capital appreciation can we really expect in the next 5-7 years? Is it still a good bet for investors or just a safe end-user buy now? Change my mind.
