Sobha Silicon Oasis: Green space and kid safety?

Okay, I'll be honest — getting a bigger flat for the kids is proving tougher than I thought. We're eyeing a 3BHK, maybe around Sobha Silicon Oasis. My main concern is the actual green space. Brochure mein bohot trees dikhte hain, but real mein kitna usable hai? Is it safe for children to play freely? Also, security systems — CCTV coverage and visitor management, how effective hain? Families jo wahan rehte hain, do you feel it’s genuinely safe for kids?
