Sobha Silicon Oasis looks amazing! Visited last week, the finishings are top-notch. But yaar, that price range (₹2.0 Cr – ₹4.3 Cr) for a 2019 project feels a bit steep for a first-time investor like me. Is it really worth it for the long run?
