Budget finalised for Bengaluru investment, but Sobha Silicon Oasis pe अटक गया hoon. I'm based in Dubai, so ground reports are critical. Everyone glorifies Sobha's quality, but for a completed project like Silicon Oasis, is the capital appreciation real or just hype? My main concern is the resale market. Kitni liquidity hai for a 3BHK in that range (₹1.99 Cr–₹4.30 Cr)? Also, investor-to-end-user ratio kya hai? Don't want low rental yields due to too many investors. Should I expect good resale value after 5-7 years? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, main bhi Sobha Silicon Oasis dekh raha hoon for investment, but thoda darr lag raha hai. Price range ₹2 Cr se upar hai, toh resale market kitni liquid hogi after 5-7 years? Especially for a completed project since its possession in April 2019. Kya real appreciation hai ya sirf builder ka hype? My budget is tight, so I can't afford to get stuck with a property that's hard to sell later. Also, what's the investor-to-end-user ratio like there?
