Is the maintenance charge in Sobha Silicon Oasis really justified for what you get? We're looking at a 3BHK there for the kids' school admission, and my wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood with good facilities. The clubhouse looks amazing in brochures, but I'm worried it's just a ghost facility after a year. We visited a friend's place in another project, and their maintenance was super high for basic services, security was lax, and the gym was always broken. Don't want to fall into that trap. For ₹7000-8000 a month, what's the actual service quality like? Are the security guards vigilant? Has anyone faced issues with visitor management or power backup affecting daily life? Just need honest opinions.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I visited a project near Aavalahalli last month, and the sales guy was hyping up their 'world-class amenities'. But when I spoke to a resident, they said the club membership is extra, and half the machines in the gym are always out of order. For ₹7000-8000, Sobha should be top-notch, but you never know.
