₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK at Sobha Silicon Oasis feels like a big jump. We're looking to upgrade for the kids, and my wife's priority is a safe neighborhood. I'm worried about parking allocation; is it lottery-based or reserved? Also, do they actually deliver on the children's play area promised, or is it just a tiny patch? Heard some projects have cracks after a year. Is Sobha's construction quality holding up for actual residents? Really need honest feedback before we commit.
