Honestly, the secondary market for completed projects in Bengaluru feels like a gamble. I'm based in Dubai and looking at Sobha Silicon Oasis for investment, around the ₹2.5 Cr mark. Given I can't do site inspections easily, what's the actual liquidity like for these units? Is it tough finding buyers for premium 2BHKs in 3-5 years? Worried about my exit strategy if I need to sell.

Totally agree with the OP's concern about liquidity! I'm also looking at Bengaluru for my first home, but my budget is tighter, around ₹1.5 Cr. Sobha projects are generally considered premium, so maybe the brand value helps with resale? But yeah, the fear of getting stuck is real, especially for a first-time buyer like me.
Bhai, Dubai se investment karna aur exit strategy soch rahe ho toh bahut risky hai, especially for Bengaluru secondary market. Sobha Silicon Oasis 2019 ka completed project hai, total 909 units hain. Itna inventory hai, aur abhi market mein sentiment thoda down hai for resale. ₹2.5 Cr for a 2BHK, woh bhi without site visit? Liquidity ka issue ho sakta hai, especially if you need to sell fast in 3-5 years. Premium properties mein buyers kam hote hain jab tak location outstanding na ho.
While I agree with the risk, Sobha's brand does carry weight. For a premium project like Silicon Oasis, even if it takes time, you might not have to undersell. It's not like some lesser-known builder's project where you struggle even with a discount.
Sahi baat hai, bhai. Budget mein rehna aur exit plan pehle soch lena important hai. Dubai se toh aur bhi mushkil hai without seeing the property.
