Sobha Windsor amenities are mostly fluff, change my mind.

Sobha Windsor Phase 4 — just moved in last month. Amenities look great on paper, but are they useful daily? Pool's nice, gym packed. Society vibe feels isolated. Is it genuinely good to live here?
