Did a site visit to Sobha Windsor Phase 1 last week. Brochure mein toh sab sahi lag raha hai, but actual livability kaisi hai? Amenities jo dikhaye, kitne useful hain daily life mein? Aur neighbourhood, schools, hospitals, market nearby ka kya scene hai? Itna price deke, genuinely rehne layak hai ya sirf naam hai?

Neighborhood ka scene theek hai, but not outstanding for the price point. Schools aur hospitals hain nearby, but most good ones are a bit of a drive. Market ke liye bhi you'll have to go a little further. It's developing, but it's not like an established residential hub like Jayanagar or Koramangala. Agar aapko Adigara Kallahalli side mein investment karna hai, toh maybe better options mil sakte hain.

What about the nearest metro station or major tech parks? Is it really worth stretching the budget so much?
Dekho, Sobha ka naam toh hai market mein. Quality generally achhi hoti hai. Maybe aapko expectations thodi adjust karni padengi. Har brochure mein thoda exaggeration toh hota hi hai, but structure aur finish mein yeh log compromise nahi karte.

Kya guarantee hai ki time pe milega? Jab tak ready-to-move na ho, first-time buyers ke liye risk bahut high hai, especially with such a huge investment. My friend booked in a project near Aavalahalli and got delayed by 1.5 years, it was a nightmare.

Totally agree. Price tag toh 3.0 Cr se shuru hai, usmein itni basic doubts rehni nahi chahiye.
