Sobha Windsor Phase 4 delivery schedule is pure fiction.
₹2.5 crore for Sobha Windsor Phase 4, Wing 9, seems high given its ongoing status. Builder ne previous phases mein bhi possession dates miss ki hain. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site inspections myself. Agar yeh project bhi delay hua, mera ROI completely out of whack ho jaayega. Is the current projected possession date even remotely realistic, ya sirf sales pitch hai? How do investors here manage potential delays and legal hassles from abroad?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! ₹2.5 Cr for an ongoing project, that too from Sobha jinka record theek nahi hai, is a huge risk. Main bhi first-time buyer hoon, aur agar possession date 2028-03-01 miss ho gayi toh EMI aur rent dono ka bojh kaise sambhaalunga? Mera budget bhi tight hai.
