Aur construction delays ka bhi darr hai, even from a top builder. Real rental yield kya milta hai yahan? Koi apna experience share karo, please.

Construction delays ka darr toh real hai. My friend booked in another Sobha project near Aavalahalli, aur unka possession 6 months delay ho gaya hai. Windsor ka RERA date 2025-11-01 hai, but builder delays toh common hain. Phir EMI aur rent dono dena padta hai, which is a huge burden.
Absolutely! My cousin booked in a project near Akshayanagar, and even with a good builder, they faced a 9-month delay. RERA dates are just guidelines sometimes, builders find loopholes.
Yaar, I totally agree with the high entry price point. Meri toh budget waise hi stretched hai, socha tha Sobha ka naam hai toh worth it hoga, but ROI samajh nahi aa raha.

Same boat! Mera budget 2.5 Cr tak tha, but Sobha Windsor dekh ke laga ki shayad stretch kar lu. Par itna high entry price, fir loan, fir low appreciation... darr lag raha hai.
Bhai, sahi kaha. Mujhe bhi laga ki itna investment karke agar rental yield 2% se bhi kam ho toh kya faayda?
