My lease ends soon, and I'm fed up of renting. Landlord hiked rent again. Finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK in Sohna, maybe Sector 111 or near Golf Course Extension, budget ₹1.2 Cr. Does the EMI vs rent math truly work out for people with current rates? Or am I just trading one big outgoing for another?

@U1 Have you checked any specific projects in Sector 111? Any particular builder? Some builders there have a very bad reputation
