Sohna 2BHKs offer better entry for first-time buyers
Sohna Road, honestly, it's been on my mind for months for my first property. My budget is around ₹1.8-2.5 Cr. I'm seeing so many good 2BHK options, especially around Sector 82A from builders like Signature Global. But then 3BHKs from Godrej or M3M, thoda stretch karke, are also tempting near Golf Course Ext. Road. Main confusion ye hai ki for a 5-7 year hold, which makes more sense for capital appreciation and maybe rental income later? 2BHK ka entry point kam hai, toh ROI better hoga kya? Ya with all the infra coming up, like Dwarka Expressway and SPR Extension, will 3BHKs just shoot up more? My parents keep saying 3BHKs have better resale value, especially for families. Kya sach mein aisa hai? Or is it better to stick to a good 2BHK in a prime spot and maybe upgrade later? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, need real experiences.

Totally relate, yaar! Sohna is looking like the next big thing. I'm also eyeing Signature Global's 2BHKs, especially their newer projects. Entry point seems reasonable for a first-time buyer like me. But parents ka point about 3BHK for family and better resale is always there. Confused, like you!
