Sohna 3BHK: Justifying M3M/DLF's premium?

Okay I'll say what no one says: M3M and DLF projects in Sohna have insane maintenance post-possession. Is their 'quality' really worth that monthly extortion for a 3BHK? Change my mind.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! I've heard so many horror stories about M3M's maintenance. Ek friend ka project Sector 65 mein hai, wahan bhi same complaint. Sohna mein toh aur bhi remote hai, services waise bhi limited honi chahiye.

Exactly! I was looking at a 3BHK in M3M Soulitude and the quoted maintenance was shocking. It totally messed up my budget calculations. Yeh premium sirf brand name ka hai ya actual facilities ka
