Sohna 3BHK premium is rarely justified
Visited an M3M project on Golf Course Extension Road last Saturday. Currently in a 2BHK near SPR, I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. But the 3BHK price jump is huge, especially for builders like Godrej or Tata. Is the extra space really worth the premium in Sohna? Kya 3BHK pe better ROI milega ya 2BHK hi sahi rehta for investment? Already have an EMI, so trying to figure out if that extra cost translates to better long-term returns. Any thoughts on 2BHK vs 3BHK appreciation in Sohna?
