₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in a good project near Sohna Road feels steep. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 84, thinking of upgrading. Is the jump to a 3BHK or even a small villa near DMIC worth the premium now? With Dwarka Expressway finishing, will 2BHKs still appreciate well, or should I stretch for a bigger unit?

Bhai, 2.5 Cr for Sohna? That's just crazy! It's still developing and so far from everything. Dwarka Expressway side mein dekh lo, at least connectivity ka guarantee hai. Sohna ka premium abhi toh worth it nahi lag raha.
Dwarka E-way toh already saturated ho raha hai yaar. Prices wahaan bhi sky-high hain. Sohna mein long-term potential hai, especially with the DMIC corridor and proposed infrastructure. Near the bypass, you can still get some decent deals
