₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension Road feels really high. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Palam Vihar, thinking of upgrading. Sohna mein prices bilkul out of reach lag rahe hain. Builders like Capital Group kya spot discount dete hain? Is it even possible to negotiate much on the listed price? What's the real scene for buyers?
