Sohna 3BHK upgrade: Is the premium for DLF/M3M justified?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sohna feels high. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK in Sector 80, eyeing DLF or M3M. Everyone glorifies their brand, but is the on-time delivery record actually good? And what about construction quality after a few years? Plaster cracks and seepage worry me most. Change my mind.
