Sohna: I'm looking at JMS The Nation for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Gurgaon, so this is a big jump. Builder ne jo amenities dikhaye the, kya woh actually deliver hue hain possession pe? Especially the clubhouse and green areas. Site visit pe toh sab accha lagta hai, but baad mein construction quality ka kya scene rehta hai? Cracks, seepage, fittings ke issues kitne common hain after 1-2 years? Aur maintenance charges, woh kitne hain aur kya service quality uske worth it hai? Mera home loan chal raha hai already, so I need to be sure this premium is justified. Kya lagta hai community ko, is it a good move for an end-user?
