Sohna amenities: investor premium for ghost facilities?
Honestly not sure if I'm overthinking this, but I'm looking at Surendra Home 57 in Sohna. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. My main concern is whether the promised amenities truly deliver long-term value for investors. Are clubhouses and sports facilities actually used daily, or do they become ghost facilities after a year, just adding to maintenance? And does initial construction quality also affect future tenant attraction or resale value?

Surendra Home 57? RERA 'Not Applicable' sunke hi red flag aata hai bhai. 4 units mein kya hi amenities maintain karenge? Seems like a trap to me.
Totally agree! Sohna mein bahut builders aise promises karte hain. Amenities sirf brochure mein achhe lagte hain, reality kuch aur hoti hai.
