Sohna amenities: just a maintenance trap?
Okay, I'll say what no one says: most of the "premium" amenities in Sohna projects are just for show and don't add real investor value. I'm totally fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge in Sohna. Looking at Signature Global Titanium SPR, among others. Does a huge clubhouse or fancy sports facility actually attract better tenants or just inflate initial property cost? I'm worried about paying hefty maintenance charges for stuff that either won't be used daily, or worse, ends up as a ghost facility a year down the line. Is it worth the extra premium? And do builders even deliver what they promise, or is it always a watered-down version at possession? Change my mind.

Totally agree with U1. My biggest fear is paying for a swimming pool that's always dirty or a gym with broken equipment. Sohna mein toh waise bhi connectivity is key, not some fancy spa.
