Sohna amenity promises are mostly an illusion

My possession was in March for Lykehomes Avenue, and honestly, I'm already pretty jaded. Okay, I'll say what no one says: the amenity promises in Sohna are mostly a joke. Our 'state-of-the-art' clubhouse? Half the equipment is already broken or just never got installed. It's a ghost facility, hardly anyone uses it. What's the point of paying for that in the EMI? And the maintenance charges! They're ridiculously high for what we actually get. The security guards are mostly on their phones, and the 'green areas' are barely maintained. Is this just how it is, or did I pick the wrong project? Change my mind.
