Sohna Aravallis: Where's the promised price jump?
Is it just me, or has the Sohna-Gurgaon expressway hype not really translated to *real* appreciation for most of Aravallis? Everyone glorifies the connectivity improvements, but honestly, I'm not seeing the big price jumps in Aravallis as much as people claim, especially for the older pockets. My kids have moved out, and I'm looking to sell our big house and get a smaller, manageable 2BHK somewhere with good hospital access and low maintenance. I thought Aravallis would be a clear winner with the new roads, but many projects still feel stagnant. Builders just keep pushing new phases. Kahan hai woh actual price bump sab bolte hain? I'm worried about resale of my existing property and then putting that money into something that won't give decent ROI. Maybe I'm missing something, yaar. Change my mind.
