Fed up of renting now, my landlord raised rent again and I'm finally taking the plunge to buy. Looking at Ashley Estate Floors 6 in Sohna, it's a completed project around ₹3.80 Cr. Brochure mein toh sab sahi lagta hai, but is it actually good for daily living? Honestly not sure if it's genuinely home-worthy or just good on paper for that price. For families, neighborhood kaisa hai? Schools, hospitals, aur daily grocery markets kitne paas hain from the project? Also, Sohna ka air quality aur noise levels ka kya scene hai yahan pe? Does it feel too isolated, ya thodi community vibe bhi hai? Any residents here, please share your honest experience. I'm trying to figure out if the delivered project matches the 'dream home' idea.

Just a heads up, the project status is 'Completed' but RERA number is showing 'Not Applicable'. Be very careful here. Sometimes builders try to bypass RERA if they got completion certificate before RERA came into full effect, but for a project completed in Dec 2023 (as per possession date), it's a bit fishy. Double-check all documents before committing. My friend got stuck with a similar project in Badshahpur where the builder just disappeared after taking money. Don't fall for glossy brochures.
U4, schools hain but mostly local ones. Pathways, GD Goenka jaise bade schools thode door hain, towards Gurgaon side. Hospitals bhi basic hi milenge wahan. For serious stuff, you'd still rely on Gurgaon hospitals. Daily grocery stores toh mil jaayenge
U2, commute from Sohna is a pain if you work in Cyber City or even Golf Course Road. Peak hours mein toh 1.5-2 ghante lag jaate hain. Plus, traffic badhta hi ja raha hai. Sohna road expansion chal raha hai, but kab complete hoga, nobody knows. So, yes, commute is a major factor to consider.

Sohna mein schools aur hospitals ka kya scene hai? Meri family shift ho rahi hai, toh kids ke school aur emergency services bahut important hain. Koi reliable info hai ispe?

₹3.8 Cr for Sohna? Bhai, that's a lot! For that price, you could find something closer to Gurugram, maybe near Airport Road. Sohna abhi bhi thoda outskirt feel deta hai. Daily commute ka socha hai?
