Was supposed to decide by last month but I'm still stuck on builders in Sohna. Looking at DLF or M3M for a 3BHK near Sohna Road. What's the real construction quality like post-possession? Do they actually deliver on promised amenities?

Sohna mein construction quality? Bhai, sab marketing hype hai. Post-possession toh builders apni shakal bhi nahi dikhate. DLF ho ya M3M, naam bade aur darshan chhote type scene hai.
Totally agree with this! My friend booked a flat near Baharampur Naya with a big name builder (not M3M), but similar scale. They promised Italian marble and modular kitchen, but got cheap vitrified tiles and basic fittings. Ab RERA mein complain kiya hai, but progress slow hai.
