Since January I'm shortlisting Sohna Road flats, M3M, Godrej. I know builder tricks, but off the record, who actually delivers on time? Hidden charges aur construction quality ka kya scene hai at OC? Need honest feedback.

Totally agree with U1! Sohna Road is becoming a black hole for first-time buyers. Builders promise the moon but deliver dirt. Basai mein bhi same haal hai, projects stuck hain aur log EMI bhare ja rahe hain bina ghar ke.
Bhai, Sohna Road mein hidden charges toh standard procedure ho gaya hai. M3M aur Godrej dono ki reputation mix hai. M3M projects mein delivery delays common hain, especially after the RERA deadline. Godrej thoda better hai but unki construction quality pe bhi sawaal uthte hain OC ke time. Mera ek friend Airport Road side pe le raha tha, usko bhi M3M ne bahut ghumaya.
Hidden charges kitne percent extra hote hain usually? Mera budget bahut tight hai.
U1, Airport Road ke projects mein toh fir bhi thoda trust hai. Sohna Road mein toh sab naye players hain, unka track record hi nahi hai. Quality check kaise karein?
Sahi baat hai, M3M ne mere cousin ko bhi bahut rulaya hai. Possession date pe date dete rehte hain.
