Sohna builders hide nasty surprises at possession
My landlord just hiked the rent again, honestly, I'm so fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK in Sohna, budget around ₹1.2 Cr. I'm looking at a few projects, mainly Godrej and Signature Global along Sohna Road, maybe Emaar too, near Golf Course Ext. Godrej seems to have better reviews for build quality, but I hear about delivery delays. Signature Global is more affordable but I'm worried about hidden charges like EDC/IDC at possession. Emaar's projects feel premium but I'm not sure if the PLC is worth it. What's the real ground reality for construction quality with these builders in Sohna? Any surprises at possession time, especially with hidden costs? Also, how's their customer support if issues crop up post-booking? Really need some honest opinions here.

Totally get it bhai, rent se toh sabhi pareshaan hain. Sohna sounds like a good option, especially with the upcoming infrastructure. I was also looking at Signature Global in Badshahpur, but then I heard about some RERA issues there. Is it true they're better with delivery now, or still same old story?
Sahi keh rahe ho, Badshahpur mein toh haal bura hai Signature ka. Mere dost ka project abhi bhi stuck hai, RERA compliance mein bhi gadbad hai unki.
