DLF, M3M, Godrej ki Sohna projects mein construction quality ka kya scene hai? Post-possession finishing issues kitne aate hain? Long-term resale value bhi dekhni hai.

Mujhe lagta hai Sohna ka future bright hai. Connectivity improve ho rahi hai aur abhi prices Gurgaon se kaafi reasonable hain. Especially Godrej's projects look promising, unki quality generally achhi hoti hai. Kya kisi ne Godrej Nature Plus ya uske aas paas kuch dekha hai?
Godrej ka naam toh hai, but Sohna mein unka pricing bhi sky-high hai. Us price point pe Gurgaon mein bhi options mil rahe hain. Kya Godrej ki quality Sohna mein bhi same level ki hai jo unki main projects mein hoti hai?
Sohna mein to abhi bhi infrastructure kaafi underdeveloped hai. Builders promises toh bade karte hain, but actual delivery mein kitna farak hota hai, yehi darr lagta hai. Especially with these big names, they charge a premium. Kya lagta hai long-term mein value banegi yahan?
M3M ke projects mein finishing issues bahut common hain, mere ek friend ne Badshahpur ke paas liya tha, abhi tak rework chal raha hai.
Lekin Godrej aur DLF ka track record toh generally theek hai na? M3M ka suna hai kuch issues hain.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Airport Road se connectivity theek hai, but andar jaake sab kacha lagta hai. Investment ka risk high hai.
