EMI vs rent math finally clicked for me, fed up of renting yaar. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, so I'm finally taking the plunge in Sohna. Looking at 2/3 BHK options, budget around ₹1.8-2.2 Cr. I've seen some projects by Godrej Properties and Signature Global near Sohna Road, also M3M. My main concerns are construction quality – kahin plaster cracks, seepage issues toh nahi aate baad mein? And customer support after booking, do they even respond for queries? Also, long-term ROI, matlab 5 saal baad resale value kiski better hogi? Godrej ka track record kaisa hai Sohna mein for quality? And Signature Global ki customer service? Any actual resident experiences with M3M projects? Confused hoon, please help.
