Sohna construction quality and maintenance — what's the real deal?

Is the construction quality at Signature Global projects in Sohna generally good, or are there issues after possession? I'm looking at a 2BHK around ₹1.2 Cr in Sector 36. Heard mixed reviews about finishing and seepage after a year or two. Also, how are the maintenance charges post-possession? Are they reasonable or do they just keep increasing? Trying to figure out if it's worth it compared to maybe Emaar or Godrej in the area. Any first-hand experiences?

Yaar, I'm also looking at Signature Global in Sohna, Sector 36. My broker is pushing it hard, but I've heard the same stories about finishing issues and water seepage. Especially after a couple of monsoons, it becomes visible. It's a big investment for us first-timers, can't take chances with basic quality.

True that, bhai. My cousin faced huge issues with their project near Badshahpur, not SG but similar budget builder. Seepage was a nightmare for them
